We are now selling our new 2013-2014 discs! They are beautiful and only $10! Email the captains at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in purchasing one!
Last weekend Cheshire traveled to Columbia for Missouri Loves Company! The ladies kicked ass and proved that they can work that vertical stack. The girls brought home 3 wins and had a great time with the beautiful weather!
The Cheshire team traveled to Fayetteville, AR for Harvest Moon November 2nd & 3rd. The team's costume theme was "a crazy family." They played well, had fun, and made lots of memories!
We've officially started the fall season! We're pumped to spread the word about our awesome team tomorrow at the activities fair, and to see tons of new (kitty) faces at our next practice!
The new season is coming up quickly and we are so excited for it to begin! Practices will start right when school starts and we can't wait to see our returners and some new faces!
So we just had our activities fair tonight and we had a very good turnout for the amount of people that were actually there. Since it was so cold and dark not that many people came out to the fair, but we've got a good number of girls that have signed up! Hopefully we'll be seeing some new kittens around on Sunday or Monday practice!
Don't forget practices are: Sun. Mon. Wed. 9-11pm!
(can't wait til it gets warmer so we can move back outside and get better timing for practices!)
The event tonight was a success!!! We've had more than 100 new potential kitties sign up!!! This is exciting news everyone!
Hopefully many of those potential new kitties will show up on Monday and learn about this amazing game ^-^
Hope everyone had a fantastic summer!!!
Now its time for the felines to get together again, first practice of this new year is on August 20th at Old Stadium.
Be there and see everyone soon!!
First of all, WOW. You ladies played your hearts out in every single point of every single game all weekend. You earned both of those wins and will undoubtedly be a force to be reckoned with next year at Regionals. It has been amazing to see how far you all have come as a team and individually, and let it be known that every single person played a role in that, not just David or the officers. Be very proud of how you've done.
Secondly, another congratulations to our Year Four officers. I got to listen to all the speeches and am wholly confident that each of you were the right choice and will do excellent jobs in your new positions. Make everyone love Ultimate!
Unfortunately, there is also a little sadness every year as some of us graduate or move away. This year, that is Kayla and I. I know I wasn't around second semester, but Kayla will be a big loss for the team and I was to reassure everyone that there is always one rookie that has been playing baske-socce-hockey her whole life and will help fill the void. Besides, we will both try really hard to be there for Manhattan Project and Harvest (wedding party, anyone?) to sub-in and cheer you guys on.
We've been here since day one and it will be so lonely without you guys to play and party with, but that is what facebook stalking is for.
Good luck and happy hucking to the greatest team and best friend in the history of the universe.
